1) Who May Use LVF

LVF is intended for users aged 13+ (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). If you are under that age, you may only use the Service with a parent/guardian’s consent and supervision.

2) Educational Use Only — No Affiliation

LVF provides free vocabulary resources for learners and test-takers. We are not affiliated with the College Board (SAT), ETS (GRE/TOEFL), GMAC (GMAT), or any testing body. Names of exams are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

3) No Accounts; Contact Only

We do not require user accounts. If you contact us, you may share your email so we can reply (see our Privacy Policy for details).

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mass-download, or mirror the site or databases.
• Republish LVF content at scale without written permission.
• Use the Service to post spam, malware, or illegal content.
• Interfere with security, performance, or normal operation.

5) Content & License

Unless otherwise noted, all text, design, graphics, code, and media on LVF are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Any other use (e.g., copying large portions, repackaging in apps/courses, commercial redistribution) requires our prior written consent.

6) Third-Party Services & Links

We may link to or embed third-party services (e.g., YouTube, Google Analytics, ad networks). Their practices are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

7) Ads & Monetization

We may display contextual or personalized ads (e.g., Google AdSense). See the Privacy Policy for cookie/ads information and opt-out options.

8) Feedback

If you send suggestions or ideas, you grant LVF a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free content or uninterrupted availability.

10) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LVF AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LVF harmless from claims or demands (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a fair, reasonable, and international manner. Where local laws require a specific governing jurisdiction, the courts in the user’s region shall apply. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
